It can be easy to study too hard and feel like you’re tired of English. Don’t do it! You need to take a break and allow yourself to relax. There are still ways to do this and get English exposure.
It’s a good idea to keep English around you but without taking it too seriously.
Music
Music is the ultimate passive exposure. You can feel happy that you are listening to something you enjoy and feel less guilty about missing out on English. Don’t worry about understanding the words, sometimes they come to you better when you aren’t concentrating on them.
Games
If you play games online, why not try to play games that have an English interface (all the instructions are in English)? This way you get exposure but you don’t have to think too hard about it.
Go on holiday
If you travel to a tourist spot, even if it’s somewhere you can use your mother tongue, you will probably bump in to foreign tourists, maybe even some who speak English. A simple conversation is good practice and when you meet interesting people it never feels like hard work.
